Welcome to Think Box Logistics. By accessing or using our transportation and logistics services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services Overview
Think Box Logistics provides trucking and freight transportation services across the United States and Canada. Our services include the pickup, transport, and delivery of goods as per the agreed terms and shipment documentation.

2. Rates and Payment Terms
All rates are subject to written quotation or contractual agreement prior to dispatch.
Payment is due within the terms stated on the invoice (typically 30 days unless otherwise agreed).
Late payments may be subject to interest or service fees.
Fuel surcharges and additional accessorial charges (detention, layover, reconsignment, etc.) may apply based on operational circumstances.

3. Cargo and Liability
Think Box Logistics is responsible for the safe handling and transportation of goods while in our custody, subject to applicable laws and carrier liability limits under the Carmack Amendment (USA) and Canadian Transportation Law.
We are not liable for loss or damage caused by improper packaging, inherent defects in the goods, acts of God, public authorities, or events beyond our control.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

4. Insurance
Think Box Logistics maintains all legally required cargo and liability insurance coverage.
Additional insurance may be arranged upon request and subject to additional cost.

5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate shipment details, proper packaging, and compliance with all applicable transport regulations.
All goods must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
Any delay caused by inaccurate information or failure to prepare shipments may result in additional charges.

6. Equipment and Safety
Think Box Logistics ensures that all vehicles are properly maintained and operated by qualified, trained drivers.
Customers must ensure that loading and unloading areas are safe, accessible, and compliant with safety regulations.

7. Delays and Force Majeure
Think Box Logistics shall not be held liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, customs inspections, strikes, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the State of Michigan, USA, where applicable. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of either jurisdiction.

9. Amendments
Think Box Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
